About Sierra Vista Communities

Located on the western side of Roseville, the Sierra Vista Communities project is situated on 2,064 acres and has been identified since the early 1990s for new homes and businesses.

The plan area is surrounded by other City and County approved plans, including Junction West to the East, Westpark to the North, the Regional University Area to the West and Placer Vineyards to the South.

This walkable community will provide diverse housing and be accessible to jobs and commerce, while maintaining consistency with the City’s “Smart Choices for Roseville’s Future” plan and the region’s award-winning Blueprint plan.

The plan features 17 miles of trails and paseos, providing easy access for bicycling and walking.
