Fulfilling Roseville's Vision for the Future

In the early 1990s, Placer County and the City of Roseville began the process of identifying West Roseville for future growth. Roseville’s General Plan policies were re-examined in 2005 with the establishment of the Growth Management Visioning Committee (GMVC). The 20-member committee affirmed that the City should continue to control growth adjacent to Roseville’s boundaries, to ensure that services and quality of development meet City standards.

Sierra Vista Communities follows the vision of the GMVC and also implements the award-winning recommendations of the Sacramento Area Council of Governments' Blueprint Plan.
